Securing a Property During Rehab
I was wondering: What are some things that people do to secure properties under rehab? I understand that people are going to steal and vandalize properties, however, I feel there have to be some measures one can take to limit the financial damage of these subversive actions? I would love to hear some tips if there any out there. Thank you!
