How can I create personal database from Realtor.com or Zillow.com

I want to create a database from the free real estate websites to make an informed decision when I buy a property. I want to upload these data to a statistical software or excel for analysis. How can I do this? Is there a software that I could to scrape the pages or do these websites sell such data?
