balloon payment and foreclosure

This is a long story and I don't type well so I'll try to be short.  I have notified the Buyer and they don't respond well.  They have been paying the rent so far.  The note is due in Jun 2020 and I think I will have to foreclose but don't know how .  Can someone recommend a lawyer in the Napa area that can help me figure out what to do next on a long distance foreclosure and how long it takes and cost. Amount due is $382,000 any ideas or information will be appreciated.

Thank you.
