How do I know if and when to diversify to a different market?
Hi All - I have been investing in Pennsylvania(Lehigh Valley) and have bought 8 units in the last 4 months. One 4 unit and 2 duplexes. I have cash set aside and can go in for two or three more deals this year. Let's set aside COVID influence for now and assume that the market was still good, how do I know when to diversify to a different market if at all? Just FYI, this market works for me because I can drive there, I know the area pretty well, I have a team set up and the market has 3 or 4 major industries with Healthcare and Education being the top two.
Reason I ask this is because after 8 units, I started feeling like I might be over investing in the same market.
