inspection contingency while on C19 lockdown

Any thoughts on how to structure an inspection contingency while it may be impossible or irresponsible for an inspector or even an agent to visit properties (especially occupied ones)? I'd be willing to write an offer on certain properties sight unseen if I can be sufficiently protected by an inspection contingency, but I have no way to know what its length needs to be. I only see two options: some sort of open-ended contingency or an offer low enough to cover the risk. How are others handling this?

If I were a tenant, I sure wouldn't want strangers inspecting my home at this time.
