Rookie question about financing
Rookie question I’m sorry but, I have a great off market deal that I want to purchase and I have 20% down but I cannot get a loan because I am a student and do not have income verification. I really want this place. What should I do?

Ask your parents or someone you know with a high income to co-sign a mortgage with you. You might have to give up something for an incentive but a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush.
