Fund & Grow vs Midwest Corporate Credit

Hello Fellow Investors!!!

I'm looking for some advice on which company to get some funding. Now I love my boy John Mathews over at Midwest Corporate and have sent a few people to him before. However all over the internet and from a lot of real estate investors I follow on you tube I have been hearing about Fund & Grow. I know Midwest charges a percentage and Fund and Grow charges a flat rate... But which is better? Has any only had any dealings with these guys and can you share you experiences?

Hi @Renee Bacon Thanks for the response. Yes I totally agree with you on that it is a risk either way. I've decided to work with Midwest they have been great with a few colleagues of mine in the past and they offer more of just the business funding I'm interested in. The spreed sheet you are working on will be great because there are so many people curious about which company to go with. Can't wait to see it please let me know once it's finished and how we can get it.
