Tacoma SFH to duplex conversion
I heard that the City of Tacoma was allowing SFH owners to add an ADU or convert a SFH to duplex without too much trouble. Has anyone out there done this. i'm interested in doing it with my primary residence that's pretty much already that way. My mother-in-law has her own apartment downstaris.
