10 apartments in 60 unit building in CT. Rents below the market value and renovation needed. Landlord 90y/old
price $400,000. 100K required for downpayment
current rent 700, after renovation 900. Cost of renovation 90K
Expenses 47K a year + mortgage payment.
Please help to analyze, deal or no deal. Thanks!
