I need help with FlexMLS Add/Change in the main menu

FlexMLS is not populating the option to add a listing in the main menu. This is my first listing so I'm currently navigating uncharted water. None of my mentors are answering their phones since it is 10:45 p.m. and I told my sellers that the listing would be posted by midnight tonight. I need to know what, if anything, I did wrong that would make the whole Add/Change section of the main menu not appear. HELP!
