How to find out real estate transactions in your county?

Can someone tell me where I would go to get a list of all the real estate transfers recorded last month that are in my county? Is this a free report I can access or is there a service I can subscribe to for multiple counties? I would like to get this information on a monthly basis or even more frequently, if possible. You're help is appreciated in advance.
