Detroit Investor Visiting Oak Park and Los Angeles

Hi everyone, I've been heavily investing in Detroit for about a year now. I own 9 properties there. 

I know there are a lot of folks in Los Angeles, San Diego, and Southern California in general that are interested in Detroit. I'm staying in Oak Park and will be here for one more week.
