HOA fee too high for condo?
Hello,
I am new to here and I am looking at my first rental investment now.
I have my eyes on a condo asking for $129K. The rent is estimated around $1K to $1.2K. However, the HOA fee is $199/month. Compare to the price of the house, and the loan payment, it seems quite high to me.
Is it this normal?
Also, here is the property -

What do you guys out there think about it?
Thanks for any help.
