I am a first time real estate investor. I currently live in Los Angeles CA and Im looking to build a relationship with a real estate agent in St. Louis. I have reached to several agents who were either through Realtor.com or the actual listing agents to the properties I am interested in and have'nt been matched with the right person. I am hoping to find an agent who understands investing in multifamily properties and can guide me through the process.
