Tax Delinquent Property
STATE OF FLORIDA!
If I purchase a tax delinquent property, took care of the back taxes and paid the owner a certain amount of cash for it. Is the property foreclosed and automatically mine? Or will the owner and the bank have a certain amount of time to pay me back with interest?
