St. Louis Real Estate

I live in California and am researching St. Louis as a potential city for rental properties. My goal is to implement the BRRRR method in order to purchase a property every 6 months or so. Does anyone already have properties in St. Louis? If so, do you like the market and recommend it for others.

Any help would be appreciated. I am just starting the process of real estate investing and am learning as much as possible before I make the move in buying a property.
