Buying multiple homes with one loan.
A local real estate investor is retiring and selling of ten of his properties. Most are in the range of $30-50K. Does anyone have any experience buying multiple homes with one loan, if so what type of loan would this classify as? Any specific guidelines, required money down, etc.
