Insurance Policy Options for Flippers
I am closing on a house at the end of this week and I am trying to figure out what type of insurance I should get. Located in STL MO. I am buying the house and flipping it under my LLC, which at the moment carries no insurance. I will be hiring out all of the work to different subs, some who have insurance and some probably won't.
Should I get my own builder's risk policy if I am going to hire out folks who do not have their own insurance? Or should I not hire anyone without their own insurance? Any comments will be appreciated! Thanks!
