No demand feature on my loans.

So I've been worried as of late about buying more rentals out of worry of the loan call provision. I read one a long time ago when signing and mis-remembered the terms it seems. My loans can be called if I sell/transfer the property or default on the loan. Also researching on here and online I found out that the truth in lending document has a checkbox for where there is a demand loan, which are the ones that can be called for ANY reason. None of mine have a demand feature, hooorayyyyy!!!
