Hello BP!

In January 2020 the median purchase price was 320K which was $29,500 or 10% higher than January 2019.

SFH Resale is forecasted to be 340K for the median by end of 2020.

For homes priced under 500K, the estimated months supply is from less than 1 month to 2 months which indicates a continued seller's market in the most popular price ranges.
