Selling Property in Rock Springs, WY
Hi All! I have owned and rented a 3-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom townhouse in Rock Springs, WY, for almost 15 years. The current lease is ending soon (March 2020), and I would like to try to sell this property rather than continuing to rent. I'd like to inquire about options for the sale since I live out-of-state and do not know any real estate agents. I have considered reaching out to a few agents through Zillow, but I figured I would inquire here for other options, perhaps either finding another investor interested in purchasing or receiving a real estate agent referral. Should I consider adding a listing on the Bigger Pockets Marketplace? Any advice is appreciated.
