Analyzing and seeing properties while offer is in?
Hi BP community,
New investor here, looking to land my first deal. Just submitted my second offer earlier this week. Received a counter offer, so I'm currently learning about negotiating.
My question is, should I continue to look at properties (numbers/physically) while I am actively submitting offers? Is there a potential issue with this?
Thanks in advance!
