DEAL FACILITATOR: What should I request for compensation?
I came across a potential apartment deal for someone in my network and they offered to pay me if they closed on it. What should I request / expect in terms of compensation?
They brought up compensating me if they closed on the deal, but I am not sure what I should expect. Should I ask for a certain % of the purchase price? Or a flat fee? Appreciate any thoughts / advice.
