Hello everyone.

I am looking at a mix use commercial property in my area. what will be the best way determine its market value ? . I know that the houses are in need of work, and the property is on septic. Rent are below market value . See description. Thanks 
 
Light industrial zone (LIL) on 2.55 acres with high freeway visibility and a convenient location.
