Hey everyone. I have heard so much great info about Bigger Pockets and I’m just starting out in the real estate world. And by just starting out, I mean simply learning what I can at the moment.

I am wondering how you got started, any advice for a newbie, what avenue of real estate did you decide on, and how should I go about learning/choosing the direction I’d like to go in?
