Looking to invest in Columbus Ohio

Scott Pritchard
Posted

Hi everyone. I am looking to invest in a turnkey rental property in Columbus to buy and rent out long term. Anyone have recommendations on who to connect with?  I've seen Ohio Cashflow, but from what I've read they only work with all cash purchases.  I'd be looking to finance a portion of the purchase.  Appreciate any advice or recommendations.  Thanks!

@Scott Pritchard I'm not aware of any turnkey companies that operate in Columbus, but I personally don't think you need one (whether you're local or not). Just find a good realtor who can help you find a property in turnkey condition and who has recommendations for good property management. Even better, find a realtor who can find you a deal needing light cosmetic fixes, get it at a discount, have your realtor link you with a reliable contractor, and then get with the PM.
