House hacking a 4 family in N.Y.

I'm looking at a 3100 Sq ft,4 family house with 6780 gross monthly rent located in NY. It's listed for 1.1 million which is about average. It has been on the market for a while. It's in an A area. It's less than 15 yrs old. I plan to live there and use a VA or FHA loan. I have not seen it yet. How does this look? It is worth pursuing?
