Husband & Wife on Title--Should both be present as I make the offer?
Hi; I wanted to ask the experienced investors how they approach a potential acquisition with 2 people on the title:
Is it worth the extra scheduling difficulties (& hassle to the other spouse) to require both parties to be present when making an offer on a home? Or is it equally fine to make the offer to just one of them who seems to be the one wanting to handle the appointment?
Thanks

Sean,
If title is held in both names, the contract MUST be signed by both parties or the contract may be voidable. Of course both parties need to sign at closing or a properly executed Power of Attorney must be drafted.
Good luck with your offer.
