So I am looking to buy a property in Houston, TX for my mom to live in. Originally I was going to try and find a fixer-upper property to buy, but since looking; I have several condo's for $40-70k. Does anyone have any experience with buying condo's? What are some of the things to look out for during my due-diligence? What exactly does the condo fees include? Any help would be appreciated.
