Single Story vs Double Story Appreciation in Cedar Park/Leander
General Question: If I have two properties to choose between 4 BHK Single Story (1650 Sq Feet) inn Leander (Border of Cedar Park) vs 4 BHK Double Story (2100 Sq Feet) in Leander with 5 miles of radius of zip code. Which Property has an edge in terms of appreciation? Is it true that single-story houses are always better appreciated in terms of price?
1. 4 BHK Single Story 2 Bath (1650 Sq Feet)- Very near to Retail Center. The community has a swimming pool, park, and other amenities. Shares Leander ISD Schools as 2nd Option below
2. 4 BHK Double Story with 2.5 Bath (2150 Sq Feet)- 4 miles to Retail Center. One Bedroom downstairs and 3 upstairs community has a swimming pool, park, and other amenities. Shares Leander ISD Schools as 1st option.
