Creative financing deals

I’ve recently acquired my first fix and flip and working on my second flip now. I love this but I also know I need to have cash flow coming in.

In this process I’ve learned a lot and would like to advance my investments in multi family / commercial units.

With that being said I realize I may not have enough capital for the projects but I read and hear so much about investors using creative financing to acquire these deals.

What stories and transactions any of you have done with some creative financing to give somebody like me a better look into how can leverage a seller into selling me there property ?
