Those investing in cities you don't live in, how do you start?
I have 50-100k cash and I've seen a lot about investing in Kansas City/Indianapolis. There's that one quote about investing where the cash flow is and not necessarily where you live. I live in South Carolina in a market that is rapidly growing with tough prices.
Do ya'll physically go to these cities when purchasing?
