Real estate agent (person) vs Zillow, redfin, realtor.com

Newbie here. Sorry if this was already asked, please direct me to the thread is this has already been posted.

Before, we have to rely on the skill, mls, knowledge, connections of the real estate agent to find us the property we are looking for. But nowadays, sites like zillow has a lot of information. I can refine my search (price, area, photos, neighborhood etc) to find the perfect property.

What are the advantage/disadvantage using a local real estate agent to find properties for me compare to sites like zillow?

The agent being suggested by zillow, are the representing the buyer side or the seller side?

Are the interest rates from zillow accurate? I've never heard of the companies there but they offer lower rates than my local bank.
