Need Help on For Sale By Owner

I found a FSBO and I went to the home; it's vacant and found out from the neighbors the owner died a few months ago. House is in TERRIBLE shape and it is the perfect opportunity to make a deal through probate or buy from an estate but I can't find the contact number or the person who posted the sale nor can I find a family member. I used homemetry to try to find contact numbers but the numbers are wrong. What should I do?
