Is anyone buying Rental Properties or Air BNB in Pittsburgh?

@DeAndre Mathis I've got over 50 units now and I'd be happy to talk more. Haven't done Air Bnb, but I've analyzed it. Certain properties may work, but generally the money that you can bring in doesn't really exceed a monthly tenant. 
I do know a few people that are doing it with some success, but every building I've considered doing Air BnB with just works better as a regular rental. 

If you do find a good building for it the city is pretty easy to work with compared to other places I've heard of regarding short term rentals. At least in my limited research/conversations with other investors that do Air BnB
