How do you use a real estate attorney to aid your business?
Hello,
I own two duplexes under the name of two Florida LLC's that I created using sites like rocketlawyer.com. I rent the duplexes and use the LLCs as well as liability insurance to protect my LLC and personal name.
I am new to the rental "game" and worry if I am correctly following the steps needed to keep my LLC in good standing and protect my liability. Do you think it would be a worthwhile expense to hire a lawyer to look at my incorporation documents? Is there anything else you would suggest I do to make sure my LLC is setup properly?
Thanks.
