drop realestate agent, but home we walked from

We're purchasing our 1st home. Our agent has been submitted documents with wrong dates, and even the wrong offer. We have written proof of the our communications asking to submit one offer, then when the agents sent the offer document we signed without realizing it was a different offer we were signing. There were other instances where our agents 'misunderstood' what we were asking, and have been sloppy on sending us updated documents, putting correct dates in the paperwork, etc. We walked during inspection but still want the property. Is there any way we can re-negotiate the same property with different agents, or just directly with the seller's agent? They are motivated sellers.
