Hello biggerpockets network.

I'm a Canadian citizen working as an airline pilot in Hong Kong. My wife is an American from California. We are moving back to the US this spring.

We've rented out my wives house in California Last year. We are cash flowing $900/mt. We want to start earning our living with real estate, we feel BRRRR is the way to go. We love the Idea.

Can someone please tell me the best way to use our equity from our existing house and use it towards Our next deal. I've been working over seas so I have no credit rating here and my wife is a stay at home mom. We have over 300k in equity, but don't know the best way to use it.

Any advice on our next step is appreciated.

Many thanks in advance.

Riley
