I have a down payment but bad credit.
I'm trying to buy my first investment property. I have the down payment but I have the worst credit. Will that affect my chances of getting the loan and if so how can I get around that? Is fixing my credit the only way to make this happen? I'm not trying to wait that long for my credit to jump up 200 points.
