where to start as RE new investor?

hi all. this is my first post looking for advice.

as a newbie to the real estate world ,what is the best way to start? rentals or wholesale ? I'm learning about all different paths and they are all amazing but need to focus on one for now. Helping with resources would be really appreciated.
