Can I sale my house to my girlfriend if she is on title?

I bought a home in 2017 and want to sale to my girlfriend. She was not on any loan documents but we put her on title so we can get the kids registered for school from that house.

Will I be able to sale the house to her if she is on the title?

What do you mean by sell the house to her? If she’s on title, legally she’s already an owner of the house.
