Market speculation near future
I keep seeing a lot of people with negative outlooks on current opportunity to find cash flowing properties in the current market. Do we see an upcoming crash ? And if so, should I just continue saving my money until we see a drop?
I know it’s probably impossible to predict but I’m sure it must go back down at some point right ? Being here in SOCAL I think that prices are just overly expensive and anything I look at never passes the 2 percent or 50 percent test.
