Converting a group home into an investment property
Hey BP, I was searching for my first property and came across a single family that was converted into a group home for boys. The original 3 bedrooms were sectioned into dorms and the bathroom is locker-room style (multiple stalls and showers). I was thinking about pursuing it and possibly house-hacking it into a boarding house. Have anyone ever done something similar? What are your ideas on this?
