Where to search for private investors?

Hey everyone! I am in search of groups and best places to connect with investors. Specifically who will do loans to cover downpayment on multi family properties secured by equity. I am in a hot market and can buy a ton of very profitable deals I am just limited to capital for downpayment to do more then 1-2 deals a year. Any recomendations?
