wedding venue logistics
Hello all! I am new here and looking for some advice. I am looking to build a wedding venue in CT and there is a plot of land I am interested in. The property is zoned RR (rural residential). How do I know before purchasing the land if I can get this approved for a wedding venue? The lot is a few hundred thousand dollars so I need to know before purchasing it and obtaining a small business loan that I can actually build my venue. I am assuming it needs to go through all sorts of hearings, etc, but is this possible to do before I even own it? Should I put a deposit on it to show interest?
