What states have the lowest combined prop tax and income tax rts?

Hey everyone!

I’m new to the BP community! It seems like a great way to get started finding a property is to locate places with both zero to low property tax as well as picking a state with zero to low income tax!

I’m in California and looking to invest out of state for better returns.

Has anyone knocked it out of the park in a certaiN place with tax savings??

Would love to hear about it!

All the best,

Andrew
