Why are the listing prices so low for these properties

Hi all. I just starting browsing for a Florida property in the West Palm Beach area to see what I can find. The list prices of these properties appear to be quite low, but I can't see any justification for this under the listing details. I imagine that there is some catch and appreciate any info as well as any other general things that I should be watching out for in general listings for prices that appear to good to be true. Thanks!
