Sometimes the numbers make sense but my mind will make excuses such as. What if it doesn’t sell at the price you want after rehab, what if, what if..

Other times: I have a good deal but don’t pull the Trigger due to thinking “well if it’s a good deal, why is it still available? Why aren’t there a lot of fb comments asking for emails, why, why why
