buying my first Tri or Quad Plex after PCS'ing to Fort Benning

To whom it may concern, in the next six to eight months, I will be PCS'ing to Fort Benning Georgia as an Armor Officer. Really interested in buying a triplex, or quadplex. Interested to know if anybody had any advice or contacts that would be useful.
