Commercial Stabilized Rent New York City
Hi BP Fam,
I'm looking at a 6 unit apartment building that is rent stabilized. I'm not knowledgable in this space I was told to connect with a commercial attorney. I was curious to know with the purchase of this property would I have to adhere to the stabilized rents? Is this something that transfer with the land or is it optional per owner? Question may sound elementary but I know we have some pretty knowledgeable people on here who can help me better understand.
Thanks,
Garreton Smith
